On the 7th of July, people celebrated Happy World Chocolate day in commemoration of the tasty cocoa beans turned in to delicious chocolate bar, mini chocolates, cakes, syrup toppings, and such. See the video below. Warning! Don't get hungry or salivate after watchin. :)



World Chocolate Day, sometimes referred to as International Chocolate Day, or just Chocolate Day is an annual celebration of chocolate, occurring globally on July 7. The observance of World Chocolate Day date back to 2009,[6] and some suggest July 7, in particular, celebrates the introduction of chocolate to Europe in 1550.

Other chocolate day celebrations exist, such as National Chocolate Day in the United States on 28 October. The U.S. National Confectioners Association lists 13 September as International Chocolate Day, coinciding with the birth date of Milton S. Hershey (September 13, 1857). Ghana, the second-largest producer of cocoa, celebrates Chocolate Day on February 14. In Latvia, World Chocolate day is celebrated on July 11.

The U.S. National Confectioners Association lists four primary chocolate holidays on their calendar on Chocolate Day (July 7), two National Chocolate Days (October 28 and December 28), and International Chocolate Day (September 13), in addition to variants such as National Milk Chocolate Day, National White Chocolate Day, and National Cocoa Day.

I love what I do and sometimes, people perceive that as being snobish, etc. They try to emulate you and tell you in your face what you have taught them to appear like in your frequency and to outsmart. And these are the very people, closest to you. Sometimes, they feel threatened or belittled, I don't know. Anyway, this is not a rant but looking from others' perspective, since the Youtube video making is getting serious to the point of not getting a bath, just to save time. Well, I guess this is not too good and life needs to be balanced for a long term true happiness and success. Birds of a feather, flock together.

Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above all names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Lord, forgive me, if I have not loved your people as myself. I pray for wisdom in the affairs of my daily life and for the Holy Spirit to be the beacon of light in my daily life. Teach me to speak humbly and not to be perceived as smart nor arrogant, because I am simply a simple girl in a complex world.

This video shows the struggles of Penang hawkers having to close down their long-term business going on for several generations during this difficult time of the Pandemic. It is hoped, with this video, awareness can be created to support our local heritage of hawkers' food stalls all over Penang, which is famous for its street foods.

The famous Penang Air Itam Laksa is not exempted from the ravages of the Covid-19 pandemic due to poor patronage. Check out this video specially made today, which is the LAST day for the hawker. In its heyday, a Malaysian local favorite, the Penang Asam laksa, has put the country on the world culinary map by being listed among the top 10 best foods in the world on CNN.

The Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre is a 273-bed private hospital in the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia. Located at Macalister Road, it was established in 1975 and has been expanded over the years. The hospital now consists of three wings - the Main Wing, a Diagnostic Wing, and a Women & Children Wing.

I was admitted to Loh Guan Lye Hospital due to heavy bleeding for weeks and was advised by a gynae to immediately prepare to stay overnight for several procedures. After signing the consent form, these include a procedure known as EUA + Hysteroscopic, Polypectomy + Mirena IUS Insertion, + Dilation Curretage KIV Proceed.

After 1 week, the Histopathology - Diagnosis from Subang Jaya Medical Centre were the following:-

Clinical History
Cx biopsy - Thickened endometrium with increased vascularity.
Endometrial polyps TRO hyperplasia

Gross Description
A. Specimen labeled - Cervical biopsy
Received a piece of light brownish tissue measuring 0.5 cm in the greatest dimension. Submitted entirely in 1 block.

B. Specimen labeled - Endometrial polyps/tissue
Received multiple pieces of dark brownish tissue measuring 3 cm in aggregate diameter. Submitted entirely in 1 block.

Microscopic Description
A. The cervical tissue is chronically inflamed, with a mixture of macrophages and lymphocytes. The subepithelial tissue is densely infiltrated by acute and chronic inflammatory cells. There is no evidence of dysplasia or neoplasia.

B. The curretings consist of many polypoidal fragments covered on three or all sides by epithelium. Embedded in the stroma are cystically dilated endometrial glands presenting a "swiss cheese" like appearance of low power. There is no cytological atypia seen and mitoses are present in both glands and stroma.

Diagnosis
A. Cervical biopsy - Endocervicitis, no evidence of dysplasia or neoplasia.

B. Endometrial polyps/tissue - Cystic glandular hyperplasia with polyposis.

In summary, it's simple hyperplasia without atypia.
